Exceptional stay beginning with Kristina who checked us. She spoke English which was so helpful you us from Arizona! We travel with lots of icepacks which Kristina kept frozen for us in a freezer. Appreciated the thoughtfulness in the room from the furniture, lighting, bedding, refrigerator and it was especially nice to have the many outlets available at the desk and bedside to charge our tech gear. Most other places do not have that. The bathroom was clean, spacious with good counter space. The in-room coffee was good and we are now fans of Timothy's coffee. Also loved the little entry shelf for putting keys and wallets and the wall clothes hooks. Added touches that made it feel like home. Thank you!

Everything was good. Before I reserve, I looked at the reviews on the site. Few of them were basically negative. But I find nothing negative. Only the things that the management have to think is try to arrange a family room and at least one housekeeping staff for the Night Shift as well. I was looking after to choose the room type-‘family’. But the facility doesn’t have the family room. I went with my two kids but couldn’t book two separate rooms. So, I was looking for a family room but there was not. As a manager of a hotel, I learned something how to operate a 4 STAR FACILITY without own Kitchen 😃😃

The breakfirst was offered by the inside restaurant called Boston pizza,didn’t have time to enjoy the pool but it looks really amazing, instructions re pretty clear.All the staff are really nice and help, room is super clean and well organized, brand new big flat Tv. Will rebook the same hotel if we take the vacation in Saguenay or Lac St-Jean area.
